On Thursday, February 7th we gathered at the Wellesley Retirement Home for a tool demonstration given by Anne Roy with Lee Valley Tools. The 70th Annual Dahlia Show (2016) will be held Saturday September 10 and Sunday September 11 at the Prospect Lake Community Hall, 5358 Sparton Road. The doors will be open to the public Saturday 1pm to 5pm, and Sunday 11am to 3pm. Admission is free.
For the 2013 season the Victoria Dahlia Society will be taking a break from the Learning Garden. But not to worry, there will be plenty of learning opportunities from coming to meetings, attending group events and, of course, from growing your own dahlias!
